Current Acts

These are some recent projects between Brain Hooks and other creative partners in the Asheville area. My role within these projects varies from Creative Director/Art Director to editor to general cat herder/producer.

My mantra is this: Simplicity Wins. By this, I mean the following: if there are two different solutions to a communications problem, the simplest one will work best. And more often, this solution is less expensive to produce.

Grovewood Village

This video tour of Grovewood Village. Grovewood Village is comprised of the Gallery of the Mountains (located within the Grove Park Inn), Golden Fleece Restaurant, Grovewood Gallery, The Homespun Museum and Artist Studios, the Antique Car Museum, and the Dye House. Grovewood Gallery is my favorite gallery in Asheville and contains a wide range of arts and crafts. The Sculpture Gardens outside the gallery are very nice, with the Wind Forest being the main attraction.

Shooters on the project were Keith Wight (ground work) and John Warner (drone work), both from Asheville, NC.
