With the advancement of CPM scheduling as common practice for construction project management, many projects experience the benefit of proactive planning techniques. As scheduling specifications and requirements become more robust, so do the schedules. While the outcome is usually a more effective tool for project planning, it is also possible for project participants to leverage the CPM schedule as tool in advancing their own interests. This session will help participants to identify common tricks, traps and tactics in construction scheduling, and what to do when they encounter them.
