Kevin Porter Espn Profile 2011
“ESPN dropped this new edit that Tom Arkus put together. The profile covers all things Kevin Porter as of late!
“Kevin Porter: where to begin? Throughout his professional career, he’s done it all, from competing in Dew Tours to attempting one of the first 1080s to innovating new, tech street moves such as the hippie-hop. But there’s much more to Kevin Porter than BMX adaptability. He’s an original, and he has a desire to push himself on a regular basis in all facets of life. Of course, a description of Kevin Porter wouldn’t be complete without mentioning his gift for gab.
Kevin is always down to talk about almost anything. And as Kevin’s new signature DuFFS shoe arrives in stores, I felt it was a good time to touch base with Kevin and see what’s new in his pro career. This is Kevin Porter, at home in the dead of a typical Chicago winter.

Tucked away in Erie, Pa., Tim's Barn is a haven for bike riders during the winter months. Run by some of the smoothest local, including Jason Willis, Chris Howell, and Tim Chiver, Tim's Barn has a vested history in the BMX scene in Northwest Pa. The barn ramps have been in operation for almost eight years, built with help from the original Square One crew and many of the current locals. If you happen to live in the Erie, Pa. area and are in search of a warm spot in the winter, check out one of the Winter Jams at Tim's Barn, and be sure to sample the etnies "Forward" soundtrack during your riding session.

Chris Doyle Espn Video Profile Full Length
Chris Doyle is a household name when it comes to BMX. After having such a successful year in 2010, I decided to catch up with Chris in this two-part video series. We sat down and chatted about winning the NORA Cup, riding in the Dew Tour, routine maintenance on the ankle, and combined the discussion with over a year of never-before-seen footage. After spending nine weeks in recovery for his ankle surgery, Chris returned to riding earlier this week, and this is part two of his profile. Part one, which premiered last week, is embedded below.

Sunday Trail Tour
Fall time is arguably the best time of year. The cooler weather, the leaves changing and just a refreshing change from the hot summer really make fall stand out. Alex Magallan, Tom Arkus, Chris Hilbrich, Mike Gonzalez, Bobby Parker and Bobby DeLaat took our newly acquired van up to Pennsylvania to ride some of the best trails in the world. The weather cooperated most of the time and the trails looked amazing. Thanks to all the trail builders in PA who let us stop by!
Sunday Lax To Atx
Here is our latest video which features the whole main Sunday team traveling on a post-Interbike trip from southern California to Austin with brief stops through the hot desert of Arizona and New Mexico. Well, the whole team started the trip, but Gary Young got taken out early on by a gigantic surf obstacle at the Built to Shred ranch, so Alex Magallan, Aaron Ross, Garrett Reeves, Tom Arkus, Eric Lichtenberger, Jake Seeley, Jim Cielencki and Lee Dennis had to carry on without him. This trip is featured in the latest issue of Ride UK.
