Amazon Conservation

In 2001 filmaker Don McConnell and Project Piaba embarked on a film production focusing on the ornamental fish industry in the Brazilian Amazon. The film was used for educational purposes in schools, conferences and museums. Now McConnell and Project Piaba are looking for funding to reshoot the film in High Definition and update the content. These clips are short excerpts from the original film.

Ciranda Festival, Manacaparu, Amazon

Every year, the Amazon River town of Manacaparu presents their Ciranda festival. It's a spectacular four nights of dance, costume, music and folklore. This edit uses music from Tabala Beat Science to give the dance an other worldly vibe.
