Breathe and Free your Spine - Level 1

Jennifer leads you through Kabhala Bhati breathing designed to clear the mind and fire up the engines of deep breathing. The leads you through simple spinal traction poses, shoulder openers, and spinal waves to increase space and fluidity in the spine. Supine neck release and restorative back bending followed by a deep seated twist end this restorative flow. Savasana is taken at the wall with legs up 90 degrees. The inverted deep relaxation allows stagnant fluids to drain from the lower limbs to the heart and lungs for purification. The inversion also allows relief and re balancing for the arterial valves minimizing varicose veins. The practice closes with soothing sun-moon breath.
