The artist Andrei Monastyrski and his Collective Actions group represented Russia at the 2011 Venice Biennale. Pavilion curator Boris Groys and Monastyski introduce the work which includes the installation, Eleven, 2011, a response to the way in which Russia's institutions have obscured memories of the Gulag.
