Negotiations module Quick Tour
The Negotiations module is fully-integrated with the School Accounting System and is a tool designed to aid in your employee negotiations. You can create salary packages, or scenarios, based on actual salaries and benefits in the employee file. You can then generate salary schedules to calculate the total costs of salaries and benefits for comparison and budgeting purposes. New wage information is quickly updated in the employee file, and your employees new contract information can be Mail Merged into existing contract documents.
