Bouillabaisse Monkfish-Chef Chris Sanchez
Chef Christopher Sanchez of Black-Eyed Susan's Cafe in Harvey Cedars, New Jersey combined his talent & fresh monkfish from Viking Village to make a delicious dish. While globetrotting continents he settled in for a little while in Spain to cook. In regions of France, Spain and Portugal the locals would make a gorgeous fisherman's stew called "bouillabaise." Well Chef Chris makes an eclectic array to go along with the goosefish, monkfish or the fish they call 'poor man's' lobster. Take notes because this recipe is worthy to be eaten.
