Video Tasting Menu @ Sous Rising

A three-hour, 18 course meal in 4 minutes.

A video portrait of the Chicago underground restaurant, Sous Rising. In this video is the three hour, 18 course meal told in four minutes. We filmed over the course of four meals in August, 2013. Shot on the Markii 5D with a 24-70, 90mm macro, and 100mm macro lens.

Sous Rising is now a 2 Michelin Star Restaurant called 42 Grams.
