Melissa Silverman Showreel

Melissa Silverman is a visual thinker whose work shows her unique perspective;a perfect blend of real life, comedy and quirk. She's sparked by endless sources of creative inspiration and humor.

Melissa got her start directing in the pop culture emporium that is MTV On-Air Promos. She's worked with Madonna, Conan O'Brien, Donald Trump, and the Foo Fighters. At MTV, she conceptualized, wrote and directed many award winning campaigns, including the VMAs, 20th Anniversary and 'Coordinates', the first International Image campaign involving over twenty directors and eighty photographers worldwide.

Her commercial campaigns include Starz/Directv, McDonalds, Universal, Revlon, Motorola, Tuborg Beer, and Genworth Financial, among others. She also earned an Emmy nomination for Nickelodeon. Other awards include Art Director's Club, British D&AD, RESfest, BDAs, and Tellys.
